1. The Credit Stealer

This type of boss takes all the credit for his staff’s hard work, and claims all victories and breakthroughs as his own. Credit Stealers are masters at deceiving their superiors into thinking that they are brilliant.

2. The Criticizer

A boss whose mission is to disagree with anything anyone says. The Criticizer never gives positive feedback and jumps on your every mistake, no matter how tiny.

3. The Insensitive

This boss seems to have no idea that people have feelings. Insensitives say whatever they want whenever they want, without filter. (Think Simon Cowell) The notion of diplomacy or political correctness is completely foreign to them.

4. The Micro Manager

This type of boss doesn’t trust anyone to do anything right. Micro-Managers dictate your every move, and can often be found looking over your shoulder making sure that their instructions are followed to the letter.

5. The Tyrant

This type of boss exercises power in a harsh, cruel manner. Tyrants don’t care about their staff’s needs, rights or lives. All they care about is that the work gets done, no matter what.

6. The All Purpose Asshole

The All Purpose Asshole category was created as a catchall for all other types that don’t fall into any of the above.

If you are (or have) one of these types of bosses, you might want to have a look at the site. For the most part, it’s pretty much just a ridiculous rant-fest, but some of the posts can be pretty amusing.
